These terms apply to Tabby Trouble: Cat Match 3 (“the game”), made by Mochi Garden (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. They work together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms. If these terms and Apple's terms differ, Apple's terms apply.
License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or cheat in the game, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
In-app purchases
- The game is free to play. You can buy optional virtual items with real money: coin packs and the Starter Bundle, which includes coins and boosters.
- Coins can be spent in the game on boosters, extra moves and lives. Boosters help you clear levels.
- Prices are shown in the game before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account.
- All purchases are final once delivered, except where the law or Apple's refund policy says otherwise. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The Starter Bundle can be bought once and can be restored with Restore Purchases in the Shop. Coin packs are consumable: coins and boosters are used up when spent and cannot be restored.
- Parents can turn off or limit purchases with Apple's Ask to Buy and Screen Time settings.
Virtual items have no cash value
Coins, boosters, stars, lives, decorations and other virtual items are a license to use content in the game. They are not real money or property. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person or account. We may change how virtual items work in the game, for example to balance levels, but we will not take away items you paid for without a fair reason such as a refund.
Your progress
Progress and virtual items are stored on your device. If you delete the game or lose your device without a backup, your progress and unspent items may be lost and cannot be recovered by us, except for purchases that can be restored as described above.
Updates and availability
We may update the game to add content, fix bugs or improve it. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We try to keep the game available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or available on every device.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the game handles information. In short, there is no account, no ads and no tracking.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
